Job Title: Account Manager (AM)

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing influencer agency to hire an Account Manager.

This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll oversee key accounts, drive campaign growth, and act as the primary point of contact for clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams—including Account Executives, campaign operations, and warehouse staff—to ensure influencer campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.


This position is ideal for someone with strong account management experience, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership skills, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow client accounts across multiple influencer campaigns
  • Serve as the main point of escalation for client and campaign queries
  • Maintain oversight of the sales pipeline and support new business opportunities
  • Ensure campaigns meet client objectives and quality standards
  • Guide and support Account Executives in executing campaigns
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimise workflows
  • Foster smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and operations
  • Mentor junior team members and provide leadership within the account team
  • Track account performance, provide updates, and ensure high standards of service


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in account management within influencer marketing, agency, or brand environments
  • Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Organised, strategic, and proactive
  • Experience with FMCG or consumer brands is a plus
