About the Role



Due to triple digit growth, we are looking for an ambitious Senior National Account Manager to support the growth of Boots UK. This role is all about autonomy. You will rule your own empire and control your destiny. In charge of the entire account portfolio you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy, pricing, brand execution and you will manage the full P&L. Working with multiple SKU ranges, promoted categories, and a POS-driven market, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth of each account, making the product as visible as possible and helping retailers drive value and add-on purchases by building close relationships! These guys move so fast so be prepared to get up to speed quickly and work closely in one of the most incredible beauty brands!



Responsibilities



  • Lead the go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage pricing and brand execution.
  • Oversee the full P&L.
  • Ensure the growth of each account.
  • Make the product as visible as possible.
  • Help retailers drive value and add-on purchases.
  • Build close relationships with retailers.



Qualifications



  • At least five fiscal years spent in a quality consumer or premium beauty brand or a high-growth challenger environment managing high profile grocery or high street accounts.
  • P&L and JBP ownership on Boots.
  • Experience of managing a department store or high street customer such as Boots.

  • Strong commercial awareness, acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Structured and analytical, comfortable working with data.
  • Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence.
  • Accurate forecasting and strong attention to detail.
  • Finely tuned human sensitivity – great at reading people and situations.



Preferred Skills



  • High calibre, ambitious, consumer goods professional.
