Job Title: Account Manager – Communications & PR

Location: London – Hybrid

Salary: £40K – £48K


I'm hiring an Account Manager to join a boutique communications and PR agency. This is a hands-on, versatile role supporting multiple client accounts and campaigns, working closely with Directors and senior leadership.


This role is ideal for someone comfortable delivering both corporate and consumer campaigns, juggling multiple projects, and thriving in a collaborative, flexible agency environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support client accounts across corporate and consumer campaigns, including thought leadership and cultural activations
  • Execute campaigns under the guidance of Directors, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Build and maintain media relationships for clients
  • Assist with content planning, scheduling, and campaign execution
  • Track campaign performance and report insights to Directors
  • Work collaboratively across a small, versatile team, contributing to multiple projects as needed
  • Support new business and client pitches as required


Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years’ experience in PR/Comms account management in an agency setting
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong writing, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Cultural awareness and creativity, with the ability to operate across corporate and consumer campaigns
  • Team player with a proactive, versatile, and agile mindset
