About the Role

• Onboard all new clients ensuring users are happy to how to use the product
• Regular check ins with clients to maximise usage
• Upsell and Cross sell to grow out accounts
• Event Management – support with building out community events

About the Candidate

• Coming from a Rec Tech or Recruitment background is ideal OR compliance & FS is desirable
• Account Management or Customer Success Experience is a must
• Involvement with Event management, external or internal is ideal
• Must be able to work remotely

About the Package

£40k - £50k Base + £12k on top
