Senior Account Manager, UK – Superdrug

We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing names in global cosmetics to recruit a Senior Account Manager for the UK market. This high-profile role will own the strategic and commercial management of the Superdrug account, the company’s largest retailer, as the brand accelerates its growth across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the trading relationship with the Superdrug account across the UK
  • Deliver growth in revenue, margin, and market share across premium and mass cosmetics categories
  • Manage the full P&L, building compelling customer and channel strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Sales
  • Present to and influence senior stakeholders up to VP/Global level
  • Act as a visible leader and role model within a high-performing commercial team
  • Line manage 1 direct report


Experience required

  • Proven NAM/SNAM experience managing Superdrug or Boots accounts in the UK
  • Strong beauty/cosmetics/similar category commercial background
  • Confident P&L owner with sharp commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Gravitas, pace, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in fast-growth environments
  • Collaborative, ambitious, and excited to help build a global powerhouse brand
