Job Overview Our client seeks a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Manager will utilise in house systems to track progress and ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products Analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client strategies and deliverables. Lead sales initiatives by presenting tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Utilise in house systems for tracking account activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, changes, and feedback. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally Requirements
