With a split of approximately 70% accounts preparation and 30% audit, you'll be able to develop a strong technical foundation while progressing toward full ACA qualification. What you will be doing

Preparing statutory accounts for SMEs with growing independence (around 70% of your time) Drafting disclosures and supporting schedules for financial statements Identifying and resolving routine accounting issues Leading assigned audit sections, including substantive testing and documentation (around 30% of your time) Producing high-quality working papers with clear reasoning Supporting and mentoring junior team members Communicating directly with clients to gather information and answer queries

What we’re looking for

Part-qualified ACA with ongoing studies Some practice experience, ideally across both accounts and audit Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients effectively Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach Desire to take ownership and develop within the accountancy profession
