Accounts Assistant, Canning Town, East London (hybrid working- 3/ 2 split) £27- £30kpa, Plus Benefits, Permanent Role

Our client, who have a footprint throughout the globe, are looking to add an additional experienced Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. This role sits in a great, friendly team and will report into an experienced manager, who will be on hand to help mentor and develop a variety of skills. The responsibilities will include the accurate and smooth Processing of timesheets, expenses, setting up new employees on the system, processing company credit cards and processing freight/customs invoices. Dealing with queries from colleagues and month end procedures to meet strict deadlines.

Key Duties:- * Process timesheets. * Process expense claims. * Pay expenses to colleagues in various entities. * Review, code and process company credit cards. * Process Freight and Customs VAT invoices. * Deal with Colleague queries relating to timesheets and expenses.
