Whether you’re already running your own portfolio of clients and ready for the next step, or you’re working closely with a portfolio holder and ready to take ownership, this role offers clear progression to Director and Partnership for the right candidate. Responsibilities
Managing your own portfolio of SME and limited company clients. Advising on both corporate and personal tax implications. Supervising, mentoring and developing managers and team members. Building your personal brand and professional network across Lancashire. Driving fee growth within your portfolio and hitting annual targets. Ensuring compliance, quality and deadlines are consistently met. Playing a key role in wider projects and firm initiatives.
Requirements / What you’ll bring
Experienced in portfolio management within an accountancy practice. Ambitious – with a genuine desire to progress to Director/Partner. Commercially minded and confident in growing fees. A strong communicator, networker and relationship builder. Organised, proactive and motivated to deliver results.
