Job Description Position: Acquisitions Manager
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus bonus + benefits
Location: North London (Hybrid)

About you
MRICS or degree or masters in property related discipline.
A well-networked individual within the real estate sector with extensive experience of site acquisition and development gained with a developer, corporate occupier or commercial property consultancy.
Track record of success in identifying, acquiring, obtaining planning permission and developing sites.
A skilled and tactful negotiator; effective in a variety of scenarios, from dealing with national developers through to landlords and business owners.
Deal driven and entrepreneurial: Enjoys doing deals, finding and creating opportunities.
Good geographical knowledge of the UK, with ability to travel across the country including overnight stays.
