Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires on board. They will not only recruit through job sites but also utilize other strategies to source talented candidates through other channels and networking.
Key Responsibilities Work with HRD to plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions. Using recruitment systems or headhunting. Work with company leaders to strategize and anticipate future employment needs. Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.) Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
