The Role

We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Junior Administrator to support our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates in German-speaking markets
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess suitability for current vacancies
  • Support recruiters by sourcing and identifying talent
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our internal systems
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written)
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous admin or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential
