Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join a busy team in Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to a fast-paced environment, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including typing, audio typing, filing, email management, and document preparation
- Act as the first point of contact for calls and enquiries
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and general coordination
- Maintain diaries and support effective time management
- Handle records management in line with policies, ensuring strict confidentiality
- Support data entry, reporting, and use of internal systems
- Manage office supplies and provide reception cover when required
- Secretarial/administration qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent keyboard and audio typing skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
