Working from our office based in Taunton TA2 6BJ, you must be enthusiastic with a willingness to learn new skills. Full training will be provided.The successful candidate will be providing support for the efficient running of the branch administration, which includes Engineering Service Control, Invoicing and other general administration duties and promoting a high-level of customer care in order that the service provided meets the customers expectations.The successful Administrator will be:Self-confidentOrganised and articulateIT literateExcellent attention to detailConfident on the telephoneMain duties:Service Desk receiving calls and booking jobs onto our in-house systemScheduling engineers to attend call outsCreating invoices and general administrationProviding efficient Engineering service control to meet customer service levelsDealing with Sales EnquiriesSupport other branch team colleagues to achieve branch targetsAdhere to the Companies Health and Safety policies and proceduresEquality, Diversity and InclusionAbel Alarm are an equal opportunities employer.
