Description
Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for the department.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules to ensure efficiency.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices and purchase orders.
Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers when necessary.
Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
A strong background in administrative roles, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.Job Offer
