We are seeking a dedicated and professional After Sales Support Executive to join our client's UK Operations Team, based in their Marlow office. In this customer-focused position, you will provide exceptional support across all our client's brands, ensuring every customer receives a best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a first-class customer support service with a focus on achieving first-time resolution
Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Centre agents, dealers and key stakeholders
Take ownership of all customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
Authorise product collections and coordinate repairs under guarantee
Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and drive operational excellence
Support departmental projects from initial concept through to implementation
Develop product knowledge and commit to ongoing personal development
Travel occasionally within the UK to carry out inspections and review warranty returns
