Agile Coach - Data and Analytics | 6 Month Contract | (Outside IR35) | Hybrid, Edinburgh| Starting ASAP Day Rate: £550 About the Role: Harvey Nash's Pub Sec client are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to work with multiple parts of the Data & Analytics function, helping them find new ways of working and collaborating, while also supporting delivery and providing facilitation. Data & Analytics is one of the parts of the DDaT (Digital, Data and Technology) directorate, alongside Engineering, IT Enablement, Product/BA/Agile and User-Centred Design. Data & Analytics comprises: Data Science; Data & AI Products; Data Engineering; GIS; Business Intelligence and Analytics; and Quality & Data Improvement. The use of data & AI products in the organisation sits under Data & Analytics. The area has been going through a period of rapid growth and change. Main Duties: Support for the delivery of Data and AI Products, working with Data Science and Data Engineering Coaching and delivery support, working with the Senior Product Manager for Data & AI Products Establishing and coaching to improve Agile ways of working across Data & Analytics Work with Data & Analytics leadership to drive change on key strategic initiatives, ensuring challenges are well defined, scoped, prioritised and actioned Planning and facilitation su...
