Our client is seeking an innovative and technically skilled AI Solutions Consultant to join their IT Services team based in London, in education sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience across a large, complex organisation.

You will work closely with stakeholders across professional services and student facing teams to develop practical, value driven AI tools using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI technologies.

What’s on Offer?

Job type: Full-time, fixed term (until 31st July 2026)
Location: London
Hybrid: 2 days a month in the office
Pay: £500 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI use cases with strong business value
Gather and refine requirements with operational teams and translate them into technical solutions
Design, build, and implement AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to assess feasibility and impact
Build conversational agents, automations, and natural-language tools to support business needs
Support testing and troubleshooting of AI solutions to ensure quality and performance
Produce documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable AI assets to support knowledge sharing
Provide expert guidance on AI capability and best practice across the organisation

Skills, Experience, and Requirements:

Essential:

Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI or automation solutions using Microsoft technologies
Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI services
Ability to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions in complex environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience supporting the development lifecycle and working within structured delivery frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDesirable:

Experience building conversational agents, bots, or automation workflows
Experience running workshops and gathering technical requirements
Knowledge of Agile or ITIL frameworks
Experience in a large organisation delivering digital or AI transformation projects
Relevant AI or Microsoft certifications
