Are you an expert in Microsoft AI technologies looking to make a real impact? We are looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to join our small, agile technical team. You will lead the design and roll-out of AI-powered tools that help our staff and students work smarter.

The Role

You will be our go-to expert for building practical AI solutions. From creating generative AI agents to automating complex workflows, your work will directly improve the university experience. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the University to understand their challenges and turn them into robust, scalable AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Build: Develop AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI.

Collaborate: Run workshops with stakeholders to identify the best AI opportunities and "quick wins."

Prototype: Create proofs-of-concept to show how AI can solve real-world problems.

Deliver: Lead the full lifecycle, from refining requirements and technical builds to testing and troubleshooting.

*

Empower: Create "playbooks" and prompt libraries to help other team members and departments use AI effectively.
