A new opening has arisen for an Apprentice Accountant to join a growing practice based in Camberly, who service entrepreneurial and high growth businesses.

The practice are ideally looking for a graduate or college leaver, with a passion for numbers, and ambition to become an accountant. Full study support will be provided within this apprenticeship, as you progress through accountancy qualifications and seniority

Apprentice Accountant Job Responsibilities

* Trainee accountant to undertake a formal training contract to study for their ACA or ACCA qualification. * Undertake bookkeeping to trial balance, prepare VAT returns and reconcile balance sheet accounts. * Prepare annual Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax returns. * Also prepare some client payrolls, personal tax returns, assist on audits, and develop, document and update new procedures and systems. * Ad hoc assignments as necessary.

Apprentice Accountant Job Requirements

* GCSE Maths and English, preferably grade 6 or above.
