This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team thatchanges lives and saves lives!AsanArea HealthyCommunitiesManager,youwillberesponsibleforimplementingthe HealthyCommunitiesstrategy. Youwillworkwiththeoperationalteams todeliver a range of key programmes such as;Exercise Referral, Big Sister, Cardiac Rehab, Falls Prevention, Move Through Menopause andCommunityOutreach.Youwill also supportoperationsin scoping,developingand delivering local projects.Inaddition, youwillwork with partners such as Local Authorities, theNHSand Active Partnershipsto engage more people to be physically active.Youwillcontinuouslywork towards increasing social value, revenuegenerationandhealth outcomes.?

The role will involve workingautonomously,problem solving andinfluencing senior level colleagues/partners.Youwillbe covering theSouthregion,whichcoversLondon and the home counties, as a result you willbe travelingregularlytoour leisure centres and andpartnerorganisations.All travel expenseswillbe covered.
