Position: Area Sales Manager – Steel Framing Systems
Area: North London & Northern Home Counties

£55- 62,500 + Bonus + Tesla EV + Generous Benefits

I am collaborating with a leading manufacturer in the building envelope sector to find an experienced Area Sales Manager. This role focuses on developing and growing sales of Steel Framing Systems (SFS) across the region.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project-led sales and managing key relationships with:
- Main Contractors
- SFS / Facade / Drylining Installers
- Architects
- Structural Engineers

This is a strategic, technical & commercial sales position that requires strong project tracking, specification influence, and contractor engagement throughout the full construction cycle.

Ideal Background:
Candidates should have proven experience in:
- Project-based sales within the building envelope, SFS, facade, or drylining sectors
- Working with contractors, installers, and specifiers
- Managing and developing a regional sales territory
- Understanding technical products and reading drawings (advantageous)
