Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - Rochester Location: Rochester, Kent Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent | Full-time A well-established and UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across Rochester and the wider South East region. Salary & Benefits £39,000 - £43,000 salary (DOE) Company vehicle or car allowance 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Company pension scheme Ongoing training and development Overtime opportunities Structured and manageable workload Long-term career stability The Role Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certification Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring compliance with procedures Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSG248 Managing workload effectively across multiple sites Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control About You BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential) Full UK driving licence Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance Professional, organised, and reliable Strong communication skills Why This Role Excellent salary for a dual-role position Varied and interesting workload across multiple sectors Strong benefits package Supportive and well-managed environment Clear progression and development opportunities For further information or to apply, contact Aidan Morgan or send your CV to
