Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: * Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264 * Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring * Work across a mix of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites * Produce accurate survey and analytical reports * Ensure all work is carried out in line with UKAS and HSE guidance * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst: * BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications * Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy * Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance standards * Good IT skills and report writing ability * Excellent attention to de...
