Assistant Branch Manager

Kinetic Recruitment are working with a well-established ventilation business who are looking to bring in an Assistant Branch Manager to join their Manchester team.

It's a hands-on role where you'll be involved in both operational activity and team support, ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is a full-time, permanent position working in person.

Salary:
From £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing
* Overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring company procedures are followed
* Supporting the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and satisfaction
* Supporting, motivating and helping develop branch staff
* Reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
* Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and alignment

What we're looking for
* Previous experience within the ventilation industry (essential)
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
* Ability to work independently when required
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
