The Assistant Director of Sales supports the Director of Sales in driving hotel revenue performance by managing key accounts, developing new business, and ensuring the achievement of room, meeting, and rate targets. The role focuses on strengthening corporate and leisure sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment with hotel commercial strategy and budget objectives.The role also involves active market engagement, competitor analysis, contract negotiation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and high levels of guest and client satisfaction. The incumbent contributes to sales strategy development, reporting, and team support while promoting Accor values and brand standards.Key Responsibilities:Support achievement of hotel revenue, occupancy, ADR, and meeting room targetsManage and develop key accounts, corporate and leisure clientsConduct sales calls, site inspections, and client visitsNegotiate contracts and pricing with clientsMonitor competitors and market trendsPrepare reports (weekly, monthly, MIS, production reports)Assist in sales and marketing strategies and promotionsEnsure strong client relationships and after-sales serviceSupport DOS in team training and business planningCoordinate with other departments to ensure service deliveryParticipate in hotel marketing initiatives and promotional activitiesAdhere to Accor standards, policies, and brand valuesRequirements:Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel sales (similar capacity)Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality / Business / related fieldStrong knowledge of hotel operations and sales systems (Opera preferred)Proven track record in sales performance and account managementStrong communication and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship management skillsProficient in MS Office and reporting systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible to work weekends (if necessary), travel, or extended hours when requiredStrong understanding of hospitality market dynamics #J-18808-Ljbffr
