ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER Premium Restaurant|London Competitive Salary + Service Charge|Full Time This is more than a floor manager role. As Assistant General Manager, youll be a central figure in one of Londons most exciting dining destinations the person the team looks to when the pressure is on, the standards slip, and the stakes are high. Youll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the General Manager to lead a restaurant that takes both food and hospitality seriously. The Role The AGM is the engine room of the operation keeping service sharp, the team motivated, and the guest experience consistently excellent. Youll lead the floor, support with P&L, and step in as senior manager on duty when required. Its a role that demands calm under pressure, strong instincts, and a genuine love for hospitality done well.
