Assistant General Manager - New Opening | Soho, London | Up to £58,000 A highly anticipated new restaurant opening in Soho this summer is looking for a talented Assistant General Manager to join the founding leadership team.

The Role As Assistant General Manager , you will work closely with the General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards while developing and motivating a high-performing team.
This role would suit an experienced Restaurant Manager ready to step up or an established AGM looking to join a serious new opening in central London.
Responsibilities Support the General Manager in launching and running the restaurant
Lead service and maintain exceptional guest experience
Recruit, train and develop the front-of-house team
Drive high standards across service, operations and compliance
Support financial performance including labour control and cost management
Create a positive and professional team culture
About You Experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a quality London restaurant
Strong leadership and people development skills
Confident running busy services in high-volume environments
Commercial awareness and operational understanding
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
The Offer Salary up to £58,000 depending on experience
