We are looking for a high-calibre Assistant General Manager to join a premium, high-energy bar in Soho.

This is a genuine step-up role with a clear pathway into General Manager. The structure is in place. The financial discipline is strong. What is needed is presence, personality, and leadership on the floor.

The venue trades in a high-energy, late-night setting with a loyal clientele who are drawn by the atmosphere. It is fast-paced and design-focused, shaped by music, energy, and consistently sharp service. This role is about commanding the floor and defining the standard from the moment guests walk in.

The role:

You will work closely with the General Manager to lead from the front, driving standards, energy, and team performance in a high-volume setting.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading shifts in a busy late-night environment
Being visible on the floor and setting the pace of service
Inspiring and developing a confident team
Maintaining premium standards while protecting the atmosphere
Building relationships with regulars and understanding the clientele
Supporting the commercial performance of the site

This is not a back-office role. It is about leadership in the room.

Strong, charismatic personality
Confident leading from the front in busy, late-night venues
Natural host with presence and authority
Deep understanding of London bar culture and guest expectations
Commercially aware but instinctively people-led
Ambitious and capable of stepping into a General Manager role
