What you'll be doing as an Assistant General Manager at The Hero: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and efficiency. Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Maintain the highest standards of quality, hospitality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
