Were recruiting an exceptional Assistant General Manager for one of Shoreditchs most exciting, award-winning fusion restaurants. This is a high-profile role within a fast-paced, quality-driven operation that blends outstanding food, innovative drinks, and vibrant atmosphere.
As Assistant General Manager, youll work closely with the General Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver an outstanding guest experience every service. Youll be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, people development, and operational excellence.
About the role:
Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
Lead, motivate, and develop a large front-of-house team
Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
Oversee staffing, rotas, training, and performance management
Drive sales, manage costs, and support budget targets
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
About You:
Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager (or strong Restaurant Manager ready to step up) in a premium or high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Commercially aware with a passion for service and detail
Calm under pressure and confident running busy services
Enthusiastic, professional, and guest-focused
