Copthorne Tara Hotel Kensington £36,000 per annum Copthorne Tara Hotel Kensington is looking for an organised and service-driven Assistant M&E & Outlets Manager to support the operational delivery of meetings, conferences, and events while assisting across our vibrant restaurant outlets. This exciting role focuses primarily on Meetings & Events , supporting the seamless execution of conferences, banquets, and private functions while contributing to revenue growth through effective upselling and strong operational support. Working closely with the M&E & Outlets Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the events team and ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered. During quieter event periods, you will also support the operations of our outlets, including Green Stag and Bugis Kitchen , ensuring service excellence across the hotel.
