Assistant Quantity SurveyorWe have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor in their Bristol office. The business is privately owned and operates out of several offices across the South of England undertaking projects across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors valuing up to £15mil. Continued success in the region has led to a new requirement for additional commercial staff and therefore they are now looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into the team. About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor: As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing healthcare project in Bristol. You will be involved in the projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities as Assistant Quantity Surveyor: Sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variationsDeal with final accounts Key Requirements for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position: Have a HNC / construction related degree Have administered JCT forms of contractMust have the full right to work in the UK Must live within commutable distance to BristolIn return you will receive: Salary: Up to £45k Company Car / Car Allowance Healthy holiday allowance Steady pipeline of local work and opportunity for progression within the businessThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a long established business with a reputation in the sector for delivering excellence.
