Assistant Quantity Surveyor We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor in their Bristol office. The business is privately owned and operates out of several offices across the South of England undertaking projects across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors valuing up to £15mil. Continued success in the region has led to a new requirement for additional commercial staff and therefore they are now looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into the team. About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor: As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing healthcare project in Bristol. You will be involved in the projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities as Assistant Quantity Surveyor: Sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations Deal with final accounts Key Requirements for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position: Have a HNC / construction related degree Have administered JCT forms of contract Must have the full right to work in the UK Must live within commutable distance to Bristol In return...
