Assistant Quantity Surveyor – London - £40k/£50k

About the client: Our client was formed just over 10 years ago within the RC Frame/Groundworks as well as structural and basement alterations. They have a current turnover of circa £10m and generally work on schemes ranging from £2m - £5m. They are growing and envisage to double turnover in the near future and take on schemes up to £10m. The are based in North London and cover projects across London and the southeast.

About the Role: They are now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is degree qualified and has at least 1 years RC Frame or Groundworks experience with a subcontractor. This role will have an even split between head office in NW London and projects across London. You will be assisting the Commercial Manager where your duties will include;

* Take off & schedule from construction drawings

* Assistance/Preparation of valuations

* Valuing Site Instruction & Dayworks

* Contract Administration

* Progressing onto running your own smaller jobs.
