Location: KnightsbridgeHours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00am – 2:00pm)Salary: £22,000 – £27,000 basic, with significant earning potential through a highly lucrative commission structureCar Allowance: Provided to support business and client travel Role Overview As an Associate / Associate Director, you will play a key role in driving residential sales performance within our Knightsbridge office. You will act as a trusted advisor to high‑value clients, lead negotiations on premium properties, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business while delivering an exceptional, bespoke service. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Relationship Management Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors Provide expert advice on pricing, market conditions, and sales strategy Deliver a tailored, high‑touch service aligned with the expectations of prime and super‑prime clients Business Generation & Sales Performance Proactively generate new business through valuations, referrals, and networking Identify opportunities to grow market share within Knightsbridge and surrounding areas Consistently achieve and exceed individual and office targets Viewings & Negotiation Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting homes professionally and persuasively Lead complex negotiations between buyers and sellers to secure optimal outcomes Represent client interests with discretion, professionalism, and commercial acumen Oversee the sales process from offer acceptance through to completion Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression Anticipate and resolve issues proactively to protect transactions Market Expertise & Strategy Maintain an in‑depth understanding of local and wider prime London market trends Monitor competitor activity and pricing to ensure accurate and competitive advice Contribute insight and ideas to support office strategy and performance Compliance & Administration Ensure full compliance with AML, data protection, and regulatory requirements Oversee accurate record‑keeping, documentation, and contract preparation Uphold Chestertons’ professional standards and brand reputation at all times Desired Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years experience in residential sales (prime London experience advantageous) Valid driving licence to drive in the UK Strong negotiator with proven results in a target driven environment Commercially minded, confident, and client focused Professional, well‑presented, and comfortable working with high‑net‑worth individuals Team player with the ability to work autonomously and mentor junior colleagues where required Highly organised, resilient, and motivated to succeed at a senior level About The Company Chestertons: Established for over 200 years, Chestertons is a successful London‑based estate agency with over 30 branches across the capital.
