A leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across infrastructure, commercial, and residential sectors.

The Role

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will take a leading role in the delivery of geotechnical projects, from site investigation through to design and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing and delivering ground investigation and geotechnical design projects
* Producing and reviewing factual and interpretative reports
* Designing foundations, retaining structures, and earthworks
* Supervising site works and subcontractors
* Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their development
* Liaising with clients and contributing to business development activities
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

* Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Engineering Geology
* Working towards or achieved Chartered status (ICE or equivalent)
* Strong experience in ground investigation and geotechnical design
* Proficiency in relevant design software
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
