The SAP ERP Associate Partner will :

Own and grow a portfolio of SAP clients, identifying and closing opportunities across S / 4HANA implementations, conversions, rollouts and AMS.
Lead end‑to‑end SAP transformation engagements, from strategy and roadmap through to delivery assurance, adoption and value realisation.

Shape SAP solution proposals (e.g. S / 4HANA, SAP BTP, industry solutions), working with sales, solution architects and delivery leads to define scope, approach and commercials.
Act as executive sponsor or programme lead on major SAP programmes, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high client satisfaction.
Build and mentor SAP consulting teams, contributing to recruitment, capability development and performance management.
Develop SAP‑focused thought leadership and market messaging to strengthen the consultancy’s SAP brand and differentiate offerings.

Extensive SAP consulting experience (ECC and / or S / 4HANA) with a track record of leading large, multi‑stream SAP programmes.
Strong business development skills, including pipeline management, SAP proposal leadership and C‑suite relationship building.
Deep understanding of target industries, SAP best practices and how SAP enables digital and operational transformation.
