Asset Finance (3–7 PQE) London


I am looking for a talented Asset Finance lawyer to join our client’s market-leading team in London, advising on complex, cross-border transactions across aviation, shipping, rail and beyond.


From secured lending to sophisticated structured finance (including securitisation), you will handle a wide range of high-value matters for major banks, leasing companies, airlines and corporates. Expect variety, responsibility and exposure from day one.


What you will bring

• 3–7 years’ PQE (or equivalent)

• Strong academics and excellent drafting skills

• Solid technical expertise across finance transactions

• Commercial awareness and a client-first mindset

• The ability to manage deadlines and thrive under pressure.
