About the Role A leading property consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Valuation & Investment Advisory team. This role focuses on portfolio-based valuation work, primarily for public sector clients, with a strong emphasis on investment assets. Youll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team delivering high-quality valuation advice across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake valuations for operational and investment assets, including civic buildings and leisure facilities

• Deliver purchase, disposal, and S123 valuations in line with client objectives and statutory requirements

• Support ad hoc instructions such as development appraisals, asset reviews, and viability assessments

• Collaborate with internal teams across planning, development, and agency to deliver integrated solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored, strategic valuation advice

• Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing

What Youll Bring

• MRICS qualified with strong experience in Red Book valuations

• Proven ability to deliver valuations across commercial and mixed-use assets

• Excellent communication, analytical, and report writing skills

• A strategic mindset and collaborative approach to problem solving

• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Argus (Enterprise and Developer)
