This role focuses on portfolio-based valuation work, primarily for public sector clients, with a strong emphasis on investment assets. Youll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team delivering high-quality valuation advice across the UK. Key Responsibilities Undertake valuations for operational and investment assets, including civic buildings and leisure facilities

Deliver purchase, disposal, and S123 valuations in line with client objectives and statutory requirements

Support ad hoc instructions such as development appraisals, asset reviews, and viability assessments

Collaborate with internal teams across planning, development, and agency to deliver integrated solutions

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored, strategic valuation advice

Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing
