The firm operates across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors, supporting a wide range of clients with high-quality valuation advice. Your new role
As the Associate Valuation Surveyor, you will undertake a broad mix of valuation instructions, with a particular focus on Red Book-compliant secured lending work. The position involves carrying out valuations across commercial and residential asset classes, preparing detailed reports and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, investors and professional advisers. As part of the role, you will manage a varied caseload and maintain strong client relationships. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, client interaction and contributing to a collaborative team culture.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should be MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer. You should have a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience and proven experience in Red Book secured lending valuations. Strong regional knowledge within London and the South East is required. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.
