Whats on Offer Salary in the region of £45K £55K depending on level Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Private healthcare Clear progression towards senior leadership level A supportive team environment with direct exposure to decision-makers The Role Manage a varied portfolio of audit and accounts clients, primarily owner-managed businesses Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion and review Review statutory accounts and support clients with commercial insight where needed Act as a main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining relationships Support and develop junior members of the team Contribute to client retention and wider business development activity About You ACA or ACCA qualified with experience in UK accountancy practice Confident managing audit assignments and reviewing accounts Comfortable dealing directly with clients Organised and able to manage your own workload effectively Keen to progress and take on more responsibility over time Suited to a smaller firm environment where you can be hands-on Why Consider This Role?
