Our client, an established firm known for delivering exceptional financial support and guidance to their customers, is looking for a qualifiedAudit Managerto join their dynamic team.Role Overview:The Audit Manager will play a key role in managing and delivering audit assignments efficiently, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of client service. This role can be based at either theCoventry or Nuneaton office. Salary circa £55k plus doe plus company benefits and flexible working hours.Key Responsibilities:Plan audits and identify key risk areasManage the audit process, including on-site teamsEnsure compliance with all statutory requirementsMeet client deadlines and maintain budgetsReport audit progress to the directorsAttend final audit review meetings with directors and clientsSupervise and manage the audit teamReview the audit teams work to ensure quality and accuracyCandidate Requirements:Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CA)Experience managing and supervising a teamStrong technical knowledge and up-to-date with the latest auditing and reporting standardsAbility to work closely with PartnersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, confidential, and takes ownership of their roleAble to manage budgets and meet deadlinesJBRP1_UKTJ
