Hourly Rate: £15.63-£16.32 (depending on skills and experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Assembly Fitter / Auto Electrician to join our Assembly Department. This is a hands-on role working on specialist vehicles, including electrical installations and diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose electrical issues using electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Modify and install electrical harnesses and wiring looms.
- Install interior electrics (GPS, camera systems, etc.).
- Fit high-voltage batteries into electric Vehicles
- Conduct fault-finding and diagnostic work on specialist vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with safety standards.
- Contribute to a clean, safe working environment.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous fitting experience (desirable)
- Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical circuits (desirable)
- Apprenticeship in mechanical engineering or similar (desirable)
- Clean driving licence / LGV (desirable)
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
