Key Responsibilities of Automation Maintenance Engineer Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated production and control systems

Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC controlled equipment, sensors, drives, and control panels

Support planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns

Make PLC, HMI, and parameter adjustments as required

Identify and implement improvements to system reliability and performance

Collaborate with operations, engineering teams, and external contractors

Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures

Complete maintenance records and technical reports
