We’re recruiting for a busy, well-established main dealer looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity to join a professional, structured environment with strong earning potential and clear processes in place.

The Role

You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, managing the service journey from initial booking through to vehicle handover.

* Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair

* Keeping customers updated throughout the day

* Liaising with workshop technicians on progress and requirements

* Preparing estimates and final invoices

* Delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade

* Experience in a main dealer environment preferred

* VAG experience beneficial but not essential

* Strong communication and organisation skills

* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

* Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
