We're searching for a Bar Manager to join our team at The Blues Kitchen. Were hiring a Bar Manager to lead the team at one of Londons best-loved venues. Youll be responsible for running a high-volume bar operation, delivering standout service, and leading by example on the floor. Youll bring energy, clear direction, and a genuine commitment to heartfelt hospitality. Staff training: mentor and develop our bar team, championing continuous growth.
Cash and rota management: oversee daily rotas and handle cash-ups with confidence.
Stock control: keep a keen eye on inventory, from premium spirits to everyday bar essentials.
Recruitment: lead the charge in recruiting and onboarding new talent.
Site maintenance: ensure our bar is always in tip-top shape for an unbeatable guest experience.
Guest experience: guarantee that every guest leaves with a memorable experience and a smile on their face.
What were looking for: Solid management experience in a fast-paced bar environment.
Familiarity with Fourth is a plus, but not essential.
A basic grasp of Microsoft 360 and SharePoint.
Strong experience managing a fast-paced bar
A hands-on, team-first leadership style
Passion for great service and late-night culture
A focus on training, development, and high standards
