The Role We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Bars Manager to lead and oversee our three bar spaces: Venue 1, Venue 2, and The Thirsty Scholar. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who's passionate about customer service, operations excellence, and team development in a fast-paced, live events environment. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of all bars operations, stock and cellar management, licensing compliance, staff leadership, and budget performance — all while ensuring our customers have a world-class experience.
