We are seeking a passionate, experienced and commercially focused Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our bar and restaurant outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue performance, and building a motivated, high-performing team within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Role Overview
The Bar & Restaurant Manager will oversee the smooth and efficient running of all bar and restaurant services, ensuring the highest standards of service, product quality and operational excellence. You will lead from the front during service while maintaining strong control of financial performance, team development, stock management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the smooth daily operation of all bar and restaurant services, including events and busy peak trading periods
Maintain a visible floor presence, leading service standards and supporting the team during high-volume shifts
Manage staffing levels, rotas and productivity to ensure efficient service delivery and labour control
Drive revenue through upselling, promotions and strong guest engagement
Monitor stock control, ordering, wastage and beverage margins
Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational readiness across all outlets
Proactively manage guest feedback and service recovery to maintain excellent satisfaction levels
Train, coach and develop the front-of-house team to build confidence, consistency and accountability
Work closely with senior F&B management on menu updates, seasonal activations and business improvement initiatives
Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, health & safety and food hygiene regulations
About You
Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within a quality high-volume venue or hotel
Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage busy services and multiple outlets
Commercially aware with experience influencing labour costs, margins and overall outlet performance
Excellent food & beverage knowledge including cocktails, wine and service trends
Positive, energetic leadership style with a genuine passion for guest experience
Well organised, resilient and confident decision-maker
Additional Information
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and key trading periods is essential
Experience using POS and stock management systems preferred
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
